Mitsubishi Materials guarantees a high-tech level and performance for its MSTAR pallet milling cutters that exceeds the expectations of manufacturing engineers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MSTAR thumb cutters cover the broad requirements of the sector known as \u201egeneral purpose\u201c, but this does not mean that they are low performance cutters, quite the opposite. The ideology of MSTAR pallet milling cutters is to have a permanent presence in the tool shops of machine tools, allowing different types of sequential machining.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MSTAR program is represented by about 40 different types of pallet cutters in a wide range of diameters. The \u201eMiracle\u201c coating technology, combined with the reliable micro-grain carbide substrate, provide extremely long tool life, high cutting resistance and high productivity in intensive production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The latest, most recent additions to the MSTAR program are two anti-vibration types presented in two groups according to the length of the cutting part - short (MSSHV) and medium (MSMHV).
