This includes two types of CVD coating, enabling us to provide high performance machining to fully meet the demands of modern manufacturing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ultra-smooth polished surface layer is a CVD nano-textured TiCN coating that is fine and uniform, thanks to the use of a process called\u00a0<i>CRYSTAL GROWTH CONTROL TECHNOLOGY<\/i>. In addition, this technology allows a much more uniform application of the Al2O3 layer, which offers much higher wear and fracture resistance, thus ensuring extended tool life at high cutting speeds, when machining ISO grade P20 steel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The side surfaces have a black super-uniform coating, imparting exceptional smoothness to the machined surface, as well as slowing wear during operation due to reduced friction, it also helps achieve higher dimensional accuracy of the finished component.<br \/>In addition, the reduced friction prevents unusual damage such as material sticking and allows stable machining over an extended period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/bg.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B1%D0%B8%D0%B4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carbide<\/a>\u00a0base is tailored to work in tandem with the coating to provide the best combination. The substrate has an ideal internal composition and distributed stiffness and strength that offer exceptional resistance to plastic deformation closer to the surface layer, but also provide the overall strength needed to prevent the plate from breaking under heavy loads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The available chipbreaking geometries are easy to identify,\u00a0<b>LP<\/b>\u00a0for \u201eLight\u201c cutting with lower load,\u00a0<b>MP<\/b>\u00a0for Medium and the new addition -\u00a0<b>RP<\/b>\u00a0for rough cutting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The new\u00a0<b>RP<\/b>\u00a0chip-breaking geometry is ideal for heavier cutting and features a highly fracture-resistant edge, while the bevelled cutting face prevents material sticking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The perfect synergy! The combination of the Carbide substrate and the specially developed coating layers, together with the optimal choice of chipbreaking geometry... allows the\u00a0<b>MC6025<\/b>\u00a0to be the first choice for machining ISO grade P20 steel for high-speed performance with cutting speeds up to 300 m\/min on mild, carbon and alloy steels.
