Ultramini - Miniature turning with a diameter of Ø0.15 mm
In the field of precision micromachining in turning, it is now possible to reduce the minimum bore diameter by a further 25%. The universal system Ultramini offers the possibility of machining holes with a diameter from Ø0.15 mm upwards. Similar to the standard laser-cut chipbreakers introduced five years ago, Dümmel is a market leader in micromachining.

BM-Line - Micro carbide drill bits and pilot holes

Micro drill bits Dümmel BM-Line type SBF are designed with a 160° pilot blade, which allows inclined drilling and countersinking in one operation.

Pilot drilling on concave, convex or inclined surfaces - without mirror distortion.
From now on, only one drilling tool is needed for inclines up to 50°. This reduces machining time and eliminates the need for tool changes.

In addition, the drills, which are equipped with spiral internal cooling as standard, feature a 90° countersink for simultaneous chamfering of the hole.

The series Dümmel BM-Line starts from a diameter of Ø0.8 mm and allows drilling depths up to 30xD. Optimised frontal geometry ensures excellent chip evacuation. All miniature countersink drill bits deliver superior machining results thanks to the latest high-performance coatings on Dümmel and are available in stock.

DED Performanceline
Significant update of the proven channel and longitudinal turning system

Interchangeable plates with CBN for hard processing and also laser cut chipbreakers for even better chip control.

In combination with the new internally cooled holder, the bolt system DED sets new standards.
These sizes will be available from stock and will be included in the standard product range of Dümmel, which covers about 14 000 items.
