The RX1S interchangeable head reamer facilitates the completion of holes for a variety of components. The head change allows work with a wide range of cutting diameters, thanks to the easy-to-use changeover system that provides exceptional radial deflection accuracy.

Highly resistant carbide material with specialised PVD coating for durable performance on carbon and stainless steels, cast iron and heat resistant alloys.

 Two types of heads for different applications:

• Helical head for through-holes (with internal lubrication) to achieve tolerance h7 according to the hole configuration.
• Right chapter for blind holes (central lubrication), also with tolerance h7.

 

 

The precision double cap and central fixing screw provide outstanding radial accuracy, and the holder can be selected in short or long version, depending on the depth of the hole.
